BREAST PROCEDURES

Breast aesthetic planning focuses on proportional harmony and anatomical compatibility.

Evaluation includes:

  • Chest wall measurements
  • Skin elasticity
  • Tissue support
  • Desired projection
  • Long-term structural balance

Breast Augmentation

When indicated, medical-grade silicone implants may be used.

Planning considers:

  • Implant base diameter compatibility
  • Projection profile selection
  • Pocket technique (submuscular, subglandular or dual-plane)
  • Long-term tissue support

Implants are selected for proportional integration — not maximum volume.

Breast Lift (Mastopexy)

Corrects tissue descent and repositions the nipple-areola complex.

May be combined with implants when structural volume support is required.

Breast Reduction

Reduces excessive tissue while maintaining proportional contour and functional comfort.
